Rome – The Italian singer and composer Lucio Dalla died yesterday morning in his hotel in Montreux, Switzerland, during a European tour. He would have turned 69 this coming Sunday. According to his company, Music Management, based in Bologna, Dalla died of a heart attack after taking his breakfast in Montreux, where he gave a concert yesterday.
