Spa-Francorchamps, Belgium – Braving the rain and the onslaught of Lewis Hamilton, the young German driver Sebastian Vettel has signed the best time qualifying Grand Prix F1 of Belgium in Saturday, that will be played on the circuit Spa-Francorchamps on Sunday.
World Champion title won his ninth pole position this season at the wheel, ahead of McLaren rival British and Australian teammate Mark Webber.
Britain’s Jenson Button (McLaren) had become disillusioned: he failed to qualify for the third qualifying session and will start Sunday in 13th position on the grid. Twenty years just after its debut on the same circuit, the seven time world champion German Michael Schumacher was involved in off the road and set off the stands in last place.
